How to Claim Merch
1. How to join the McDonald’s Grimace Tumbler
1.A If a customer doesn't have the McDonald's App, he/she needs to download via Google Play or
Apple AppStore. Customer must create an app profile to be able to use the promo registration
feature.
- Fill-out with the following details:
• First Name, Last Name
• Create password
• Mobile number
• E-mail address
• Accept the terms and conditions
• Click submit
- Customer must opt in to MyMcDonald’s Rewards to start earning points and
participate in the promo.
- STEP 1: Click the “More” icon at the bottom right of the homepage.
- STEP 2: Select “My Account”.
- STEP 3: Select “Rewards and Personalized Deals”
- STEP 4: Turn on permission to unlock the best of MyMcDonald’s Rewards.
Customers who registered an account to use the Online Services in the McDonald’s app prior to
the launch of MyMcDonald's Rewards last June 10, 2025 can enroll by giving their consent to the
updated Terms and Conditions.
1.C MyMcDonald’s Rewards users can earn points through their purchases via Dine-In, Take-Out,
or Drive at stores nationwide provided they have a stable internet connection.
- STEP 1: Scan your MyMcDonald’s Rewards QR Code on your McDonald’s App at the front
counter, self order kiosk or at drive thru window 1 at the beginning of the transaction or
before payment. - STEP 2: Earn 1 point for every P10 spent on your order via dine-in, take out, and drive thru
at stores nationwide.
2. How to claim the Grimace Tumbler via the McDonald’s App:
- The customer must scan the QR code presented by the crew that corresponds to the
Grimace tumbler he/she is interested in claiming at any of the participating stores starting February 28, 2026. - Upon scanning, the customer will be redirected to the Grimace Tumbler landing page
inside the McDonald’s app. - Tap the “Redeem” button to claim the Grimace Tumbler and tap “Yes” to confirm.
- This will automatically deduct the corresponding number of points from the customer’s
account. The customer MUST have enough MyMcDonald’s Rewards points at the time
of redemption. - A screen on the McDonald’s App will then appear confirming the successful redemption
which should be validated by the crew before turning over the Grimace Tumbler to the
customer. - Cash will not be accepted as an alternative to MyMcDonald’s Rewards Points.
- There is no limit to the number of Grimace Tumblers a customer can claim provided
that he/she has ample points to redeem these and claims this within the prescribed
period.
