Promo Mechanics:
1. Download the McDonald’s App available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
a. Step 1: Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play
b. Step 2: Download the McDonald’s App.
If a customer doesn't have a McDonald's App, they need to download via Google Play or
Apple AppStore. Customer must create an app profile to be able to use the promo
registration feature. Fill-out with the following details:
- First Name, Last Name
- Create password
- Mobile number
- E-mail address
- Accept the terms and conditions
- Click submit
Existing users of McDonald's App may join the raffle by simply clicking the Raffle Homepage banner. How to submit entries via the McDonald’s App:
Customers can submit multiple entries. The following information must be provided:
- Full Name
- Email Address (same email address used to register on the McDonald’s App)
- Home Address
- Mobile Number
c. Step 3: Click the Raffle Rewards Banner.
Upon entering the app, the homepage banner leads the customer to the Registration page
d. Step 4: One-time registration (Opt in)
In compliance with the Data Privacy Act and Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the
Philippines), customer must complete the one-time registration via the McDonald’s App
which directs them to the Raffle Hub. Customer must input their name, email address
contact number, and home address.
They must accept the Terms and Conditions, and consent to the Privacy Policy. By clicking
“SUBMIT”, they agree to the Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
This confirmation and consent will reflect at the backend system. Form is pre-populated
with customer details which they can edit. Offers can still be seen without registering.
However, they are not eligible to join the raffle if they have not signed up – even if they
have redeemed the offer.
e. Step 5: Participate in the raffle
Once customer finishes ordering at the COD (customer order display), customer proceeds to
Window 1.
Cashier to ask for McDo App, and automatically scan the Rewards QR and process payment.

No minimum purchase requirement is needed.
f. Step 6: 2-Minute Timer
Cashier to handover the receipt together with the 2-minute timer.
g. Step 7: Receive the Order
At Window 2, the crew serves the customer’s complete order and retrieves the timer —as
long as it’s still within the 2-minute limit.
h. Step 8: Get the Freebie if Time's Up
If the 2-minute timer runs out before the complete order is served, the crew will
immediately hand the customer a FREE Medium Iced Coffee Be-Our-Guest Voucher
(Coupon) which they can redeem anytime at any McDonald’s Drive-Thru store.
- Existing MyMcDonald’s Rewards loyalty points earning mechanics will remain unchanged, and
customers will continue to earn points based on current program guidelines. - Every successful MyM Rewards QR scan at Drive-Thru serves as an additional opportunity to
earn raffle entries, giving customers more chances to win a BYD vehicle throughout the promo
period.

4. Raffle Draw will be on August 6, 2026 for the balance of estimated 11,337,400 registrants via Zoom
Call in the presence of McDonald’s Philippines and DTI representatives.
5. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email and SMS, and their names will be announced to
the public via McDonald’s official Facebook page. On August 14, 2026.
6. Participants may only win one once. Once a participant has won, all his/her remaining entries are
forfeit and his/her name and mobile number/s will be removed from the Draw Pool.
7. To claim the prize, Winner must send a copy of a valid government ID to writeus@ph.mcd.com or
present it physically to Ms. Roslyn Balingit at McDonald’s Philippines Head Office: 7F F&M Lopez II
Building, C. Palanca St., Makati City., upon receiving the notification message from McDonald’s PH.
Email subject should be "Drive-Thru BYD Raffle 2026 Winner." Failure to send a valid government ID
within the prescribed period will result in forfeiture of prize in favor of McDonald’s, upon prior
approval from the DTI-FTEB. Vouchers will be sent out via SMS to their McDonald’s Registered Number.
8. If claiming through an authorized representative, present an authorization letter, valid ID’s and the
registered mail. Customers can claim the prize at McDonald’s Philippines Head Office: 7F F&M
Lopez II Building, C. Palanca St., Makati City. The participants are required to take full responsibility
and liability for joining the raffle provided under the terms and conditions of the McDonald’s Drive-
Thru Raffle.
9. Prize should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be
forfeited in favor of McDonald’s with prior approval of DTI.
- The raffle applies only to eligible transactions completed through participating McDonald’s
Drive-Thru stores during the promo period. - Customers may earn multiple raffle entries throughout the promo period. Each successful scan
of the MyM Rewards QR via the McDonald’s App during an eligible Drive-Thru transaction is
equivalent to one (1) raffle entry. - No minimum purchase requirement is necessary to qualify for a raffle entry.
- Existing MyMcDonald’s Rewards mechanics remain unchanged, and customers will continue to
earn MyM Rewards points based on current program guidelines. - The promotion is valid only within the specified promo period. Transactions made outside of the
promo duration will not qualify for raffle entries. - Raffle entries are automatically generated upon successful scanning of the MyM Rewards QR via
the McDonald’s App. - A one-time registration is required under the McDonald’s App as required by DTI.
- Raffle entries cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold, or converted into cash.
- This is a limited-time promotion.
- McDonald’s Philippines reserves the right to amend promo mechanics, promotional period, or
related terms and conditions at any time, subject to necessary regulatory approvals where
applicable.
Special discounts:
- Existing Senior Citizen and Person with Disability (PWD) discounts and benefits shall continue to
apply in accordance with applicable laws and existing McDonald’s policies. - Employee discounts will not be applicable in conjunction with this promotion.
