1. In case of any dispute with respect to the Promo, including eligibility, redemption of promo deal, the decision of the bank and partner merchant, with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, officers and employees are not liable and shall be held rendered free and harmless for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the accountholder resulting from the accountholder’s participation in the Program and receipt of the prizes.

FAQ #1. How can I redeem the BPI App Pay via QR Deals on the McDonald’s App?
The BPI App Pay via QR Deals are available for redemption via Front Counter only for Dine-In or Take-out on the McDonald’s App at stores nationwide during the stated promo duration.
To redeem the deals, you must first click redeem on the BPI Pay via QR Deal then show this to the front counter cashier and tell them you will be paying with BPI Pay via QR. Once verified proceed to scanning the QR code for your McDo App Deal and proceed to payment.
For payment, cashier will generate the QR code for payment. Once generated,

2. Point your camera at the QR Ph code of the store.
3. Enter the amount to pay.
4. Select which deposit account to pay from, then tap Continue.
5. Double-check the details of your payment and then tap Confirm.
6. Approve the transaction with Mobile Key.

The BPI Pay via QR Deals are available for redemption only once per day per user via Dine-In, Take-out via the Front counter on the McDonald’s App
FAQ #3. What is the BPI Pay via QR payment method?
Pay via QR is the BPI app feature that lets you make cashless payments that have QR Ph codes*. You simply scan the establishment’s QR with the app and choose which BPI deposit account to pay from.
*Note: You’ll know a QR code is QR Ph if it has a red, blue, and yellow icon in the middle.
FAQ #4. Is BPI Debit Card or BPI Credit Card allowed?
BPI Debit or BPI credit cards are not allowed. This deal is only exclusive to customers using BPI App Pay via QR code.
FAQ #5. What are the other payment methods available?
The only acceptable mode of payment is via the BPI App via QR. The following payment methods are not allowed: Cash, GCash, Maya, Debit Cards, Vybe, GoTyme, Credit Cards, other online banks and online wallets.
